THE CONCEPT
An holistic approach always proves to be noteworthy and we
at “ Samskruthi “ aim to design a lifestyle that helps you reach your highest
potential. Using Ayurvedic principles we
have crafted a diet that harmonizes with
the natural cycle which will
enhance ones flow of energy and functional activities of all organs. A diet,
that is not in harmony with the movement of nature will only drain one’s energy
and bring about diseases. Purity, nutrition and aroma is characteristic to the
food served and ,reminiscent of the
unmatched past.
